コリント人への手紙第二5章17節のみことばを握ってこの曲の作詞、作曲を初めてしたのは2～3年ぐらい前です。賛美について考えを本当にたくさんしていた時期で、パッと頭の中にリフレーンの部分の歌詞とメロディが浮んで、その場で歌詞とメロディが完成しました。はじめは、なにか足りなくて粗雑に思えたのですが、時間をとって少しずつ曲を整えていきました。そうしたところ、2019年元旦祈祷会1講のメッセージが宣言され、聖書の本文がこのコリント人への手紙第二5章17節のみことばでした。そのとき私は「この賛美を通して多くの人に今年の契約が刻印されれば良いな」という思いになって祈るようになりました。そうしている間に、感謝なことに、私が属している「Knowing God Worship」でこの賛美を歌い始め、世界Remnant大会でも多くのRemnantの口から賛美をささげるようになりました。この賛美がRemnantの口から告白されるとき、はかり知れない恵みと愛と自由が満ちあふれるようになることを祈ります。（文／ユ・ハヨン青年）
고린도후서 5장 17절 말씀을 붙잡고 이 곡을 처음 작사, 작곡한 건 2~3년 전쯤입니다. 찬양에 대한 생각을 정말 많이 하던 시절, 번뜩 머릿속에 후렴 가사와 멜로디가 떠올라 그 자리에서 가사와 멜로디를 완성했습니다. 처음엔 부족하고 어설픈 것 같았지만, 시간을 가지고 조금씩 곡을 다듬어 나갔습니다. 그러던 중 2019년 원단기도회 1강 메시지가 선포되었는데, 성경 본문이 바로 고린도후서 5장 17절 말씀이었습니다. 이때 저는 ‘이 찬양을 통해 많은 사람에게 올해의 언약이 각인되면 좋겠다.’라는 마음으로 기도하게 되었습니다. 그러던 중 감사하게도 제가 속한 “노잉갓워십”에서 이 찬양을 부르기 시작했고, 세계 Remnant 대회에서도 많은 Remnant의 입술로 찬양을 드리게 되었습니다. 이 찬양이 Remnant의 입술에 고백되어질 때 견딜 수 없는 은혜와 사랑과 자유함이 가득하길 기도합니다.（글 / 유하영 청년）
While holding onto 2 Corinthians 5:17, I first composed the music and wrote the lyrics about two or three years ago. During that time, a lot of different praises filled my head. The chorus and melody of this song suddenly came across my mind, so I completed the lyrics and melody on the spot. However, the praise felt a bit lacking and unnatural. Nevertheless, I took my time and kept making necessary changes.
During the first lecture of the 2019 New Year's message, the main Bible verse was 2 Corinthians 5:17. I prayed with the hope that the 2019 covenant would be imprinted in many people through this praise. Thankfully, the Knowing God Worship team of which I am a member began to sing this praise. Also, during the zznd World Remnant Conference, I heard this praise being sung by numerous Remnants from all over the world.
Whenever this praise is confessed through the lips of Remnants, I pray that they will experience the fullness of irresistible grace, love, and freedom. （Written by / Yoo Ha-young (Covenant Church)）
