In quietness, I come before You, O Lord
Longing for your Cov’nant deep within my heart
I finally feel the deepest heart of God
Through Your Word I see your tears revealed
In this dry and wasted land, who will be the voice of God
Is there no one to hear the cries of all the souls lost in the night
You have chosen me to be the disciple of Christ
I bow before You now and worship Your name
Lord, guide my steps, I’ll follow Your Cov’nant all the way
I consider life to be meaning nothing much to me
If only I could finish the race set out for me
Complete the task given to me,
testifying of the Gospel of grace
So many times I felt surrounded
Persecution, tribulation all around
Jesus, I pray that You would lead me
To fulfill my calling in the Covenant
